  This CPT Ds is the worst staff store I have been in. Have been in here a few times over the past 2 months and every time I have to wait 20-25 minutes for my dinner. While there was an assistant manager out side smoking. The poor manager on duty is running the front and drive-thru at the same time. I don't understand how the General Manager can staff her store like this. It look like that the cook didn't even know how to cook anything. So the Manager had to run to the back and drop the food and then come back up to the front to take another order. Then return to the kitchen and make the plates.
  Is this how we run a business now a days. Cut back so much and expect one person to do 3 jobs at the same time. I would think upper management for CPT Ds would come down here and see what is going on and make some changes. Teach the GM how to properly staff the store, cause it seems like she doesn't know how. How about train the ones that you do have on more than one thing. Learn the front and back of the house so to speak so they can help out where the manager needs them, instead of just standing on one spot and say, "I don't know how" to do that. I WILL NOT BE BACK to this store until this problem is fixed.
